I met Rachelle and her team because I wanted to reduce my stress level. The first sessions were not easy, but the results were soon visible. I felt better, my body became slimmer. It's my weekly oxygen bubble! I practice yoga in a privileged setting with coaches who are attentive to my mood and my goals.
